“An Australian family-owned business with great products that supports our equine industry & gives back to the community. Titleys doesn’t just support one equine industry, they support many. I have been fortunate enough to personally get to know Tony and Rosie, they are dedicated to constantly improving and evolving their business, taking care of their staff and those around them but they genuinely want to support people. I first heard about Titleys through a mutual friend, and I bought a pair of jeans. The rest is history.”
For those who follow the Cutting Horse industry in Australia, Grant Quigley is a very familiar name. While he didn’t begin competing until his early 20s, horses have always been part of his life. His natural horsemanship, built from years in the saddle, provided the foundation for what has become a standout professional career as a competitor and cutting horse trainer.
His journey began when he first saw a cutting horse at Bottletree Feedlot with Roger Elliot. Soon after, Grant broadened his horizons in the US, spending eight years as an assistant trainer under Kathy Daughn, a 2X NCHA Futurity Champion. While in the US, he also had the privilege of learning from renowned cutting horse trainers - perfecting the skills that define his horsemanship today.
Grant’s competitive record is nothing short of impressive, highlighted by a string of titles and accomplishments. Major titles include being the 2025 Victorian Open Futurity Champion, 2025 PVCC Open Derby Champion & Reserve Champion, and 2025 Q25 $15,000 Novice Champion. Recently, he was inducted into the prestigious NCHA Riders Hall of Fame, with over $400,000 in lifetime earnings.
Together with his wife Dru, Grant established Q Stud - a first-class cutting training, breeding and performance facility located in Loomberah, NSW. Life as a professional cutting horse trainer is busy, so you’ll often find him in the arena or doing work out in the paddocks.
With his sights firmly set on the future, Grant remains focused on winning the NCHA Futurity and Derby. Equally important to him is seeing others succeed - whether it’s his wife or his clients - further proof of his role as a dedicated mentor and trainer.
We’re thrilled to have Grant apart of #teamtitley and can’t wait to see the next chapter of success for him!
