Norah Kersh has spent more than 84 years living in the Australian outback, raising and educating her nine children while working alongside her husband on sheep and cattle stations across regional Australia. Since publishingOutback Alphabet in 2000, she has gone on to self-publish 18 books - and counting.

Inspired by a lifetime in the bush, Norah's stories and illustrations reflect her own experiences and those of the many people she has met along the way, bringing the spirit of outback Australia to life for readers of all ages.
