If you need to make any changes to your order, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

All orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours* of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Sale periods may impact this time due to high order volumes. Orders placed after 11:00am AEST from Monday-Friday will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on the weekend will also be shipped the following business day. Once a parcel leaves our warehouse, it is entirely in the hands of Australia Post.

Please note, if you use a discount code/voucher to purchase a gift voucher, the value of the discount will be deducted from the gift voucher amount. For example, if you apply a $10 discount code to a $100 gift voucher, the gift voucher will be reduced to $90. Therefore, we do not recommend using a discount code/voucher to purchase this item.
